BeaconFieldAirport.com and HyblaValleyAirport.com websites were created and are maintained pro bono by Friends of Beacon Field Airport founders Anna Marie Hicks and Harry P. Lehman to support the preservation of US Route 1 aviation history.
Harry P. is the son of Harry J. and Mary Lewis Lehman. He grew up at Beacon Field and lived at City View Mansion, he graduated from the University of Maryland as an Aerospace Engineer and retired after a long career with Naval aviation.
His wife, Anna Marie, is an Instrument Rated Private Pilot and received training with Harry J. Lehman's Beacon Flying Service at W32 Hyde Field. She has several college degrees including a BA from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Tech, and worked more than 20 years in the defense aviation industry.
